1. Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our pharmacy warehouse (typically within 12 hours of placing the order). Contact our customer helpline at +91 9980 099 451 or email support@srmayurindia.com with your order reference ID.

2. Refund Process for Prepaid Orders

For cancelled prepaid orders, refunds are processed within 24-48 business hours back to your original payment method (Bank account, UPI, or Card). The amount will reflect in your account within 3-5 business days depending on your bank.

3. Post-Dispatch Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped and hand-off to our courier partners has occurred, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse the package at the time of delivery attempt.
